Standards for Suppliers:
By applying to be listed in the directory, suppliers must agree to the criteria for getting listed and abide by the standards listed below:
• Information provided must be clear concise and accurate.
• The needs of the education sector must be considered first and only goods or services that are appropriate solutions should be recommended.
• All charges associated with providing the goods or services must be clearly explained
• Any vested interests must be openly declared when quoting for goods and services and openly declare any vested interests
• Organisations must be treated honestly and with respect
• Any complaints, disputes or problems must be dealt with promptly and effectively
• Language must be plain and any technical issues explained clearly
• Suppliers should commit to equal opportunities and environmentally sound working practices
